Paula Rondeau Streiff, a Dallas resident and Texas Realtor for more than 16 years, is recognized by Texas Monthly as a Five Star Real Estate Agent. She's also been voted one of D Magazine’s Best Realtors. Paula’s three children attended Richardson Independent School District. Two of her children are graduates of Southern Methodist University and one attended Hollins University.

Gail Lane Williams is a third-generation Dallasite and a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and Baylor University.  Gail's husband, Everett, enjoyed many years as an Elementary School Principal in Richardson ISD.   Both of their children are graduates of Highland Park High School and Baylor University.  Gail owned and managed Lane Florist for 20+ years, a family business that was established in 1946 in the Park Cities.  Gail advises clients where to set a strategic asking price and how to stage their home, knowing these are the most important aspects of a successful sale.  Through years of experience of owning investment properties, she shares with her clients the numbers and information required to have a profitable return on a property.   Whether buying or selling a home or investment property, Gail guides her clients smoothly through the process.   Gail has received the Historic House Specialist Designation with Preservation Dallas, is a Realtor® Institute Graduate and was voted one of D Magazine’s Best Realtors.  She is an active member of Wilshire Baptist Church, Baylor University Women's Council, Lakewood Antique Study Club, Culture League of Lakewood. and is on the Board of Lakewood Northridge Estates Community Association.

Julie Ennis Sliva, a native Texan, has lived in Dallas the majority of her life. Before moving to Dallas, she lived in Beaumont and Houston. She is an alumna of St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Ursuline Academy of Dallas and Texas A&M University. Julie and her Aggie husband, Mike, have two sons – Kyle, a Software Engineer living in New Hampshire and Hunter, an Architecture/Environmental Design student at Texas A&M University.  Both sons graduated Highland Park ISD.  Julie honed her marketing and customer service skills over 12 years heading up a local global communications agency before joining Ebby Halliday. She has client satisfaction down to a science yet it’s her full-service approach to real estate that sets her apart. Julie is a Realtor® Institute Graduate, Ebby Halliday top producer and voted one of D Magazine’s Best Realtors.

Joe Gall comes from an extensive real estate background having worked in commercial sales, leasing and management for over twenty years. Joe was Vice President and General Manager of the Trammell Crow family-owned Dallas Design District and then Vice President of Leasing of the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles. Joe has been a licensed agent since 1985 and joined Ebby Halliday in 2008. A Dallas native, Joe is a graduate of Hillcrest High School and Southern Methodist University and lives in Preston Hollow. Joe works with dozens of Buyers and Sellers each year and has been recognized as an Ebby Halliday top producer and voted one of D Magazine’s Best Realtors. He has received the Preservation Dallas Historic House Specialist designation.
